Per the request of some of those visiting this blog, this post is to ask where are the tall girls shopping for clothes?
My polls list some U.S locations; however, tall girls are all over the world. So, please share where you find your best outfits, tall girls

My big problems are legs and arms. You get used to letting the hem down in things. Copenhagen still has a lot of seamstresses and some are good at putting things together, so I have some nice custom things. I've also used makeyourownjeans.com in India. It isn't too expensive, but it took two months. The fit was much better than I find in shops and the quality is ok. Some people have very good experiences with them and others hate them.
I am very thin, so that is another issue.
I shop at tall girl shop and think those are old women clothes
I shop at the Tall Girl shop as well however I live in Cleveland, Ohio and they decided to close our store and only do on-line. So now I have no local stores to shop at. I have to order online which sucks because I have to try my clothes on because of my weight and height. If anyone is interested in opening a "fashionable, hip, tall clothing store" in Cleveland Ohio give me a holla!- fordm3@ccf.org Who decided tall women do like fresh new styles?
I do not like the tall girl shop. They have old lady tall girl clothes.
I like longtallsally and talletc.
Alloy.com has great jeans and some dress pants for tall girls (juniors)with inseams up to 37". I'm 5'11" and my daughter is 6'1" and when we found out about this catalog we ordered pants as if it were the last. Used to shop at "The Tall Girl" shop but the clothes were kinda of corny and very expensive.
I like to get business pants from The Tall Girl Shop but other then that, I am surfing the web for tall clothing.
Alloy.com is the best place to shop for pants, jeans etc.
True Religion makes fabulous jeans with long inseams, I have a gorgeous dark skinny pair that must be at least 37". Another great denim brand is Notify. They are expensive but super long and sooo nice. Check out shopbop.com, they usually have a decent selection of nice long jeans. Other than that, well I usually just wear leggings or tights with boots. I don't really shop at "tall" stores even though there are a few here in Toronto -- I'm a bit of a fashion whore and their stuff is sadly just not that stylish, and the jeans tend to fit terribly. I'd rather have a great-fitting pair of jeans with a shorter inseam, I always just tuck them into boots anyway.
I usually get my pants at tall elegant legs since i have a 39" inseam its hard for me to find pants for me but this place is good not great but at leat something. It can be expensive too but sometimes they have a big sale so i get what i can LOL
I have a 36" inseam and struggle to find long pants so I can just imagine how hard it is to find a 39" inseam. In your case, I would feel compelled to begin making my own pants, Ula.
I have 37'' inseams. I shop online. I go to alloy.com and delias.com. THEY ARE GREAT. I love yoga pants...but they never had them in my size until I went to alloy. IT IS GREAT!!
